Learner & Mentor Experience Handbooks

These two handbooks are designed to guide both learners and mentors through the new hire DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) onboarding journey. The Learner Experience Handbook provides essential information, schedules, and guided questions to support the learner’s progression. It also allows space for note-taking and reflection. The Mentor Experience Handbook equips experienced DVM mentors with speaking points and knowledge check questions to ensure they effectively support and assess the learner’s progress during the program.
